For the average person, a thorough full-body massage takes 90 minutes. 60 minutes is suitable for general relaxation or focused work on one area (back/ neck/shoulders). Athletes often requiring 2 hours.

As far as frequency, your expert therapist will be able to discuss in person with you after they have done a thorough intake and evaluation, as well as how you responded to their treatment to suggest a treatment plan

  • Please be showered prior to your session. Disrobing down to your comfort level is encouraged. You may opt to be “robe ready” for ease of getting on and off the table to which we will exit the room for you to get on the table under the sheet and blanket before we re-enter to start your session. Leaving underwear on is just fine! Ladies, it’s reccommended to remove your bra or undershirt so we can access your back.

Prior to your session, your therapist will do a general intake with you about your health history, goals you’d like addressed or areas to avoid, and answer any questions or concerns. Our massage sessions are custom tailored to your personal needs & pressure preferences.

We abide within the Utah state practicing laws for massage therapy draping techniques to allow us access to one body part at a time, while the remaining parts of your body are covered ~ modesty and safety is honored.
